ImmiReady is privately operated. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any other government agency.
What the app does
Organize a case. Keep case type, dates, documents, and target dates in one place, with a checklist of what still needs attention.
Check case status. When you choose to, ImmiReady sends a receipt number you enter to the official USCIS Case Status service and shows you what it returns.
Prepare documents. Draft documents that you direct and fill in, including affidavits and self-help filings, which you review before using.
Practice for hearings and interviews. Work through likely questions and citizenship-test preparation in your language.
Track a work permit. Enter your employment-authorization category and expiration date to see your renewal window.
Know Your Rights. Plain-language guidance for common situations, available offline.
Connect with an attorney. Find attorneys and legal-aid resources, request a consultation, and share a case only with your consent.
For law firms and legal-aid clinics
ImmiReady also provides a practice-management platform for the attorneys and clinics who serve these clients: matters and workflows, a firm calendar, client and lead tracking, conflict checks, document templates with e-signature, billing with trust accounting, and reporting. Enrolled firms can appear in a public directory where prospective clients can find them and request a consultation.
Your information
Case information you add is private to your account and protected by row-level access controls. We do not sell personal information. You can request account deletion at any time from within the app. The Privacy Policy explains in full what is collected, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
